BSNL has extended the scheme of giving 80 per cent reduction in mobile rates to its existing customers also, with effect from January 16. The company had earlier cut down the charges by 80% for its new customers. The call rates have been reduced for both per minute and per second billing plans, said R.K.Mittal, Director (Consumer Mobility).
