It has been taken to the notice of the BSNL Management and the DoT, that the pensionary benefits of retiring employees are being settled belatedly. Corporate Office has sent many instructions to the CGMs. But situation remains unchanged. The DoT has brought to the notice of the BSNL that out of the 1533 cases received by the CCAs for May 2015, for settlement of pensionary benefits, only in 1139 cases papers were complete.
